I ordered a back cover for my smartphone Poco X* Pro *G on August *, but today is September * and I have not received my order yet, what does this mean The seller has cancelled my order. What is this? I had made the payment trusting the sirphire website. My amount was Rs *** but even after placing a prepaid order, I have not received any order till now. And when I went to the website and tracked the order, I saw there was "Pickup Exception" And "Item cancelled by seller at GGN_Gurgaon_RTS, Location : GGN_Gurgaon_RTS" I wanted to ask sirphire whether I will get my order or not and if I don't get it, will I get my money back or not I tried to contact several times but did not get any reply If I don't get my parcel or money, I will file a case in the consumer court and also on the cyber crime portal
