homeex store instagram account - Deleted the instagram package not delivered

I ordered home decor items through instagram from the account called (homeex.store). I paid the amount₹**** to them through phone pe. After two days i asked about the order dispatch & tracking details. They said it was dispatched and once it reached your state you will get a call. After that they deleted their instagram account & I will not get the package delivered. I will not able to contact them .They deleted their instagram account , so i will not able to report their page to the instagram. They said their shop is from Noida**. I was totally disturbed on this issue. In this situation we are in a crisis for earning money but people easily make fool of us. I don't know what to do on this critical situation.
