I am writing to formally raise my ongoing concern regarding the non-receipt of my MBA degree certificate from Suresh Gyan Vihar University, Jaipur, Rajasthan, despite the fact that I successfully completed the program almost three years ago.
All required documents have been submitted, and the necessary payments were made well within the stipulated timelines. Over the past three years, I have raised more than *** tickets and sent numerous follow-up emails. Unfortunately, I have not received any meaningful response or resolution to date.
This prolonged delay is affecting my professional progression, and I respectfully request your urgent assistance in resolving this matter. I have maintained complete records of my communications and submissions, which I am happy to provide if needed.
Kindly look into this issue on priority and help facilitate the release of my hard-earned degree certificate.
