Phyics wallah - delaying online batch transfer

I am, B Nandeesh who registered as jee dropper in vidyapeeth bangalore jp nagar branch I paid amount of (* thousand) for registration as they requested and they gave me a trail classes for one week if I'm not satisfied they would transfer me to online batch as they gave their commitment(Given by : Counselor AbdulWaris), As I was dissatisfied by teaching I have requested for online transfer but it's too delayed and the person(counselor: Abdul Waris) is not responding to any kind of calls or message when needed, When questioning about batch transfer he says I takes time but it's already nearly * days from Processing as he claims(I have requested for online transfer on **/**/** and he processed it on **/**/**) but didn't even gave any kind of acknowledgement or any kind of proof as he processed me for online transfer(When i asked for acknowledgement he said its in not official so i can't give). Till today i.e., */**/** didn't get any kind of batch allotment for online
