Amity University haryana - delaying in Redunds

I was persuing architecture from this college and after a semester i wasn't satisfied with the type of education and atmosphere to study that they were providing there. So i withdrawal my admission from there just in a month after the deposit of fees of *nd semester. Now it has been * months and they are not returning my refunds even though all the paper works are done after me calling them on regular basis. Half of the time they don't pickup the call and they don't even reply mails for days. And when they do reply or pick up the call , they ask for more time to refund. Already it's been * months. I am being cheated as well as not recieving my refunda even though i have wasted my months for it.. and i want that refund money to pay fees of new college that i am getting admission in.
