Post office pune - Delaying in accepting money by post office

My following complaint to top authorities of post office BUT no response from them..
On **.**.**** , I received a call from Mr Randeve , acting sub post master of Vimannagar post office at **.** am advising me to deposit the money before * pm. Mr Randeve is on deputation from Vadgaon Sheri post office as Mrs Sable N Y is on leave from **.**.****. ( It is surprising that Mr Randeve is on deputation without changing SOL since **.**.****. There is no meaning of deputation of a responsible person without power. It is wastage of manpower and adversely affecting services of post office) . I rushed to the post office and reached there at around **.**am. Vimannagar post office is * km away from my residence.
Mr Randeve took me at your Dunkirk line post office and we reached there at **.** am. Dunkirk branch created ids of all * members of my family at around **.**pm. Meantime , it came to my knowledge that we could entered the campus of Dunkirk line post office only due to presence of Mr Randeve, staff of post office. It is restricted areas for outsiders. I told that I don't want to keep deposit with this post office as there is no access to outsider which may create a problem to me at the time of maturity of deposit. With long deliberation Mr Bhushan Desmukh, Inspector of post office , Dunkirk line branch diverted me to your vadgaon sheri branch at *.** pm. My two hours wasted in your Dunkirk post office without any result.
I along with Mr Randeve went to your vadgaon sheri branch and deposited the amount at around * pm. Mr Randeve and a lady officer of vadgaon Sheri post office advised me to leave the office and they will arrange to deliver my passbook/ certificate. Till writing this I am awaiting it.

I am senior citizen and diabetics . I left house at ** am and returned back at home at *.** pm without satisfaction.

I desire the detailed investigation in the matter on following areas :
a. Mrs Sable : extremely poor services, non responsible attitude, no involvement in the work, negative body language while dealing with the customers, habits of keeping the work pending ( it is given to understood that as on date much applications are pending for creation of customer id). Discouraging the customers for not approaching for opening accounts due to heavy work loads (as she said).
b. Deputation of Mr Randeve without Changing his SOL even after six days. He could not attend the work due to non access to finacle ( SOL not changed) . Top authorities of post office are requested to investigate in the matter that why a person has been deputed without changing SOL. it is waste of manpower.
c. Why I was diverted to Dunkirk post office where there is restricted access to outsider of campus ?. They would have taken me to Vadgaon Sheri branch initially rather than wasting my more than * hours at Dunkirk post office.

Even after a long span of ** days for investment of my hard money , I being senior citizen and diabetics suffered physically, mentally and loss of interest of my fund for ** days, the matter has not been concluded satisfactory.

I request all of you to :
a. Conduct detailed investigation in the matter without further loss of time
b. Arrange to pay me interest @ ** % for ** days for Rs *****.
c. Arrange to pay me travelling expenses at least Rs ***.
d. Arrange to pay me compensation for physical and mental harassment
