Nyakaa fashion - Delayed order exchange cancellation without reason

I ordered * dressess from nyakaa fashion app on **th aug.
I was delivered one on **th aug which i immediately returned. Till today i have not received it. App now shows the delivery date of *nd sep which is too late as i need to wear it on *st sep
The *nd dress is absolutely horrible. Surprise I'm not allowed to return it. It's for ****rs. When I tried to exchange it for a smaller size as i have no other option but gift it to someone else, my exchange request is cancelled without any explanation. I have called them multiple times, emailed them..but I'm not getting a solution. Worst is that the app has no customer care. Just an email id to which they do not reply.
