I have ordered King size bed, mattress and Bedsheet on **th August and while booking they have given committment to deliver in **days. They failed to deliver and they are ready to deliver queen size within a week. I have accepted for queen but again they failed to deliver on time.
While doing installation we observed that the bed and mattress are used products, and next day I received Bedsheet and even bedsheet also full water Mark's and looks like a used product. I requested them to cancel my order and refund my amount and they are denying.
