Sony 5 1 - Delayed installation

** th Nov we bought Sony *.* audio at reliance digital Coimbatore, Tamilnadu.immediately next day they have delivered the item but today is **th still installation has not been completed... Sony customer care says no one booked for installation on my name... We directly went to reliance digital in brookefields mall and made complain still today no one booked for installation... Reliance digital service is very poor...
