Jeep compas trail howk engine - DELAYED EW SERVICE

Purchased my JEEP COMPASS TRAILHAWK around * years back from Ahmedabad as the same Model was not available with the Local Dealer at JEEP Bhaskara – Vadodara. Along with the Car I also had purchased the ** Years Extended Warranty which is valid till ****. Now when I have sent my Car for repairs and services, the car is lying since past more than ** days and still no work has started on it. All I get to hear from the Service Team is that the Approval is pending from EW Team and hence nothing can be done till the Approval comes. I even escalated the matter to JEEP Service Team but they are more HOPELESS in response as they are not at all bothered to SERVE the Customer or to Escalate the Matters with their Internal Team and get things sorted ASAP.

I even told the Local Service Team at Bhaskara to give me back my CAR but they refused to give back MY CAR too. I mean neither they want to do the Service and Repairs in time nor they want to Return the Vehicle to the Customer. TOTALLY UTTER NONSENSE and ARROGANT BEHAVIOUR.

I regret buying JEEP CAR and would never ever suggest anyone to buy JEEP ever in LIFE just cause of the HOPELESS and PATHETIC SERVICE.
