Zees clothesvilla fashion lady - Delayed delivery and wrong product size unresponsive seller

I ordered from this business on **/**/**** a dress of size xs after confirming the availability of size xs multiple times. The seller claimed delivery in * to * days and ** days easy return and refund for any issues. I received the product after * weeks on **/**/**** and that too in the size m which is not what i ordered. The seller made no communication about the delay in delivery or explained why there was delay and even after complaining about the wrong size the seller is not responding to messages or calls. Completely ignoring my requests. I have tried to call and text so many times and it's causing a lot of mental distress. At least the seller should clarify or provide some solution. There is no communication from their end at all.
