Bharathiar University - Delayed degree

I have been from the batch of ****, passed out in **** and to this day haven't received my degree, university blamed me for manipulation for attaching extra sheet to the answer booklet during exams however the permission to attach was given to me by the director himself of Victoria College, sharjah to which he has now denied the same. I have visited coimbatore recently to get this sorted however faced the most unprofessional staff with no help and people around hardly knew English except for the ones at higher position and to my shock the watchman at the university. I request you to please look into the matter and sort it as I'm done running behind the university and most of all I regret studying at this place where you make your students suffer like animals.
