Aims Golf Town Developers Private Limited - Delayed compensation for flat not received

This is regarding my flat D ****. We have made the **% payment and there has been no movement in the
construction of the flat or possession. Flat booked in **** and still no sign of completion. We had filed a complaint for delay compensation and an order under UP RERA
has been issued to disburse the compensation in July ****. There has been no solution or disbursement also till date .

We have visited AIMS office more than ** times in the last two years and still no solution. It is
causing us mental harassment, following up since the last * years for a resolution. Additionally the builder charging **% delayed tax from us.

Kindly resolve this matter on an urgent basis.
