Nobrokers - Delayed and unsafe trasport

Dear nobrokers team,

My name is Snehal chavan and I had booked packers and movers service from Nobrokers and it's very unfortunate that I had extremely terrible and disappointing pathetic experience. Booking was on **th April *.pm but your service provider reached at *.** to us literally *.* hrs late, our society refused to give permission and did not let us use lift for an hour as society people needed it. They started packing at *.** and packed stuff till **.** then vehicle could not work till **.** am we left out with whole stuff outside society which was horrible experience I had my younger siblings with us, hungry and helpless, Then fitter came vehicle started we reached by * am in the night, our some stuff was broken, staff asked for tip, ate pathetic food outside.
What do you think as human was this treatment was good enough for us, No courtesy from team, no compensation it's very brutal and inhuman treatment to us, highly highly disappointed this was last time that I'm using nobrokers.
I'll make sure my all friends cousins stop using nobrokers.
