Pvr diamond plaza - Delayed and poor quality screening of live concert screening

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding multiple issues faced during the BTS World Tour screenings at PVR Cinemas, Diamond Plaza, Jessore Road, Kolkata, on **th April and **th April.

On **th April, the live screening was disrupted midway not once, but multiple times, due to what the staff described as "technical issues." As a result, we missed approximately * songs that were being broadcast live. This severely impacted our experience, as we had specifically purchased tickets to enjoy a real-time live screening.

Additionally, when we raised concerns, the staff suggested that we watch the rebroadcast instead. This is unacceptable. If we had intended to watch a rebroadcast, we would have purchased those tickets separately rather than paying ₹**** for a live screening experience.

Moreover, I faced similar issues during the **th April screening too. Subtitles were not displayed, the screen alignment was improper, and the sound quality was poor, which significantly affected the overall viewing experience. Even the rebroadcast version suffered from the same issues, despite being a recorded screening, which further highlights the lack of quality control.

These repeated incidents reflect poor management, inadequate technical preparedness, and a disregard for customer experience, especially for premium-priced events.

In light of the above, I request a full refund of the ticket amount. I expect a timely and satisfactory resolution.
