Brothers Group - Delayed and fraudulent renovation

hi, so this company e called as when we were in Pune and shared their project with us and their ideas. when we we came back to greater Noida we asked them to come to our home and explain everything which day did. in August the work was started after we give them the token money or you could say the money to start the work. in the beginning the work was going on fine there were less issues. doubt basically started when they asked for around * lacs but the material that was delivered at the site was not even worth of ******. after this incident we started recording calls as well and soon after there designer quit. still he kept asking for more money but we still gave him taking that it's covid situation and he might be haviing shortage of money. one thing that was going out of hand what's the time we already gave him more than ***% of the amount that he has started work off. the time promised to us was * months and then it was extended to * months and then * months which kept on adding up it's then we decided to cut him off and complete the work by ourselves. but in all this we lost around ******.
