Sir I am from ODELA issue on delay of refill gas of Hp gas provider

Sir I have booked for refill gas one week ago but the agency not send the gas to my home since one week and they are toruered me a lot . I informed to the office through mobile phone number but they aren't sent still now and they we're behave rudely and said that if you not intrest in this provider you have a chance to go and get another provider ..kindly take an action against the officers and help me sir
