Roshni Gas Agency - Delay of Gas delivery

Dear Team,

I booked a gas cylinder on March *th, and the executive assured me of delivery within *-* days. After multiple follow-ups over * days, on March **th, they informed me that eKYC was required, which I completed immediately, with another promise of next-day delivery that wasn't fulfilled.

When I visited the agency, a female staff member was extremely rude and shouted at me. Follow-ups on March **th, **th, and **th received only false assurances from the executive.
My gas has run out, making daily online food orders unsustainable, especially with two small children to feed. I urgently request your intervention to resolve this ASAP.
