I have been sent my JBL flip * speaker since **.**.**** under warranty due to "Sound cracking issue and Battery charging issue" As they told me that they will return my product within ** working days, But it's been ** days they're not sure about the repairing status and return status.
Every time contact to customer care over voice mail, they didn't inform properly .Therefore i request you to kindly look in the matter and arrange to resolve.
