Inox - Delay in show

Movie time is *.** am and now it's *.**am still we are waiting... They are keep still stating we r doing best there is some technical issue.. At last time I book ticket and i wants to cancel the same after show time..and they said it is not possible and now same is happening with me... It is impacting my whole day plan..
I really disappointed with Inox. Third class service I always got. I want u guys to compensate.
