I have a Nexon EV XZ+.
Today - *th June, I called up for Tata motors RSA as my vehicle got discharged completely around *.**pm. (that's another issue I need to deal and follow up with TATA motors separately).
I raised a complaint - *-************.
It's now almost * hours and the towing vehicle has still not arrived.
Multiple calls to customer service has been of no help.
My family and I are highly frustrated with this.

I don't know who else to reach!
