Muthoot Gold Loan - Delay in returning jewellery

My wife went Muthoot Gold laon to get the pledged jewellery on ** April ****.
But they said the system is not working so we are not able to accept the payment and manager asked my wife to come on Tuesday **rd May ****. But my wife told them that she will pay the interest only till **Apr**** only. They said ok to her. But when my wife went to Muthoot gold loan , they said you have to pay three thousand as a interest. My wife negotiated with the manager and asked I came to your office on Friday with money, but you said the system is not working.so that is your problem. You asked me to come to Muthoot on **rd May **** but now you are asking * thousand rupees extra for interest. But finally my wife paid * thousand rupees extra. I would like get that three thousand rupees which I paid for them
