Lohith filed complaint against Infinix HOT on Jan 25, 2023
Infinix service center Executives at Hassan are not accepting to claim the warranty of the *month old Infinix Hot** play device, due to the device was short circuited due to waterlog inside which is come under limited warranty condition.
But actually, because of poor packaging water may have gone inside via the charging port during the rain or May be device was overheating when we played games, due to overheating reasons, some of the hardware parts have burnt. This has to be known by proper investigation.
Moreover, when we purchased the device The Limited Warranty conditions were not mentioned or highlighted anywhere in the e-commerce portal.
It's been a month since I've followed up. I haven't heard positive response from infinix.
As promised by the customer care service senior executive, On the first day. Till today none of the executives have called and addressed regarding this issue.
i was disappointed with fake promise and harassment from infinix.
My concern is to no one should come across this kind of bad experience in future.
