Its Been ** days I've raised the complaint on acer official website on * sep and I just got an case I'd and nothing else. They have no update on it. They said it lastly takes * weeks but its more than * weeks and now I've to take legal actions on them Product name-Acer Nitro (QG***YS) Gaming monitor Delivered on **april **** Warranty - yes Complaint no. - ******C i dont want the monitor now i have to puchase a new one because of this worst servicing now i just want my money back as refund of the monitor along with compensation for the delayed services
