I had ordered medicines worth Rs. ***/- on *th Oct. **** and received OTP for payment.
Accordingly the payment was made, and in confirmation I was informed that the order could not be executed and my amount would be refunded in * to * days. I immediately protested and was asked to check if the refund has been credited. It was not, and I informed them asking when will they pay back my amount. There is no reply nor refund.
