Vihaan direct selling India Pvt Ltd Qnet India - Delay in refund

I was lured into joining qnet india by one of my friends he told me it is legitimate and ecommerce buisness they do B to B or they work on Microsoft which is not true at all he didnt reveal the name of company untill it was last stage or on boarding meeting since he was one of my closest friend i trusted him after joining his upline asked me to transfer my money to my friends account i did it ***,*** . They bought products in my name at night and created a gmail in my name . After getting home i searched the qnet and found many people were scammed by their IR (independent representative) so i filed for refund on ** july **** they accepted the request and i submitted all the documents account they asked for it will be * months on ** November **** but i still didn't get my refund the company's only response is that they verifying additional information related to my transaction.
