Apollo Hospitals - Delay in refund of security deposit - Apollo Hospital CBD Belapur

I, the undersigned was admitted at Apollo CBD Belapur Hospital on **th Jan **** and was discharged on **th Jan ****. Following are the unique numbers associated with my case.

As a part of Apollo Hospital's system, an amount of Rs. **,***/= was deposited by us against Receipt No. ****** dated **th January ****. We were also advised to submit photocopy of a cancelled cheque for processing of the refund of this Rs. **,***/= , which may please be found attached with this complaint.

As per my Mediclaim company, Star Health and Allied Insurance Co Ltd, they had already released all due payments to Apollo Hospital in January **** itself. But the hospital has not refunded our security deposit till date, even after * email reminders (**st Jan, **th Feb and **th Feb ****). They seem not to be bothered about customers at all.

Kindly do the needful at the earliest and help realization my dues with interest @*.**% pa + applicable GST with effect from *st Feb ****, as the amount was paid through my Credit Card and interest of * cycles have got accumulated as on date, due to no fault of mine. Help me please.
