Highfly Sourcing Opc Pvt Ltd - Delay in providing services and poor communication from them

I was told by them that they will help in getting interviews for UAE after I do the payments, but they aren't even replying to my email and they haven't started any procedure of giving me a chance of Interview. They also said to me that following companies have selected you for this position but upon investigation with the company I found out that - the company is not associated with Highfly Sourcing Pvt Ltd for any job related openings. I also complained the NCH portal (Grievance Number - *******) but they did not replied to them as well.
