Kapila Builders Developers - Delay In possession of Flats

This is to bring to your kind notice that, We the buyer of said flats in Kapila Vastu Project Kesanand and it is of huge concern to we that We have not received any official communication from builders and above said joint partners regarding the confirmed date of handing over of the possession/completion/Conveyance Deed of the said project

We have signed the Buyer’s Agreement with Kapila Vastu Flat No. ***,***,***,***,***,*** on respectively year. It was a commitment from Kapila Builder that possession will be handed over in ** months after registration. Thereafter, it was told that by the end of **** then, **** (Extended date),as per RERA *st extended date ** Mar,**** and *nd exdended date ** Sep,**** the possession will be given.

However, the possession of the unit was never delivered even after the expiry of the RERA extension date or till date i.e Aug **** We are sorry to say but the Kapila Developer/Builder has failed to keep its commitment and has lost the faith as it has delayed the possession/Completion of the said Kapila Project unit innumerable times and there seems to be no deadline to this project till date i.e Aug ****.

We are paid ***% of the amount and paying interest on it every month to the bank which is causing us a substantial financial burden.As per your day by day false commitment, So far we are all awaiting for basic facilities like Lift ,Security Guard, Power backup, Drainage, Water leakage’s problem, Drinking water problem, Garden and all other incomplete activities.

Also, Many times We called to Builder pertaining to the Completion /Possession or handing over of the society, Massaged on whtsup but didn’t get any response or call back. Henceforth, We have not cleared about part completion or Our flat possession.


Kindly let we know the final date of delivery of possession of our flats or else Kindly request to RERA take appropriate legal actions against the project on account of the delays caused by Kapila developer and Builders.
