RedCarpet - Delay in Portfolio and Photoshoot from RedCarpet Company

There is a company in India called RedCarpet that provides photo and video shoots as well as models for ad shoots. When we went there with our child, they told us that we would need to create a portfolio, which they would handle. After that, our child would start getting photo shoots, and we would be paid for them. Our agreement was made on August **, ****, and it was signed by my wife, Priti Ramteke. On September *, ****, we did the photoshoot for the portfolio, and they said the portfolio would be sent to us by email within ** working days. They also promised that they would arrange photo shoots for us afterward. However, till now, we haven't received either the photo shoot or the portfolio.
