Savana by Urbanic - Delay in pikup

I placed a return request on *th December; no return pickup has been initiated. The status repeatedly shows “pickup cancelled” multiple times, even though no pickup agent has visited and no one has contacted me over a call.

Despite raising several complaints and follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. This delay is extremely disappointing and unacceptable, as I have fully complied with all return conditions.
Today, **rd December ****, the Expressbess came to pick up the product, but he pressed something wrong in his phone while typing the OTP, which showed me in the message that I was not available. So, he didn't pick up the products.
