Dee emm Mahindra - Delay in delivery of vehicle

It is about the vehicle XUV*** AX* L PET AT * SEATER WHT that I booked at Mahindra's dealer Dee Emm Mahindra (** D, Saraswati Kunj Sec-**, Golf Course Rd, opp. VATIKA TOWER, Gurugram, Haryana). Following is the chronology -

*. I booked mentioned vehicle on **/**/**. At the time of booking, the promised delivery period from Dee Emm Mahindra was April, **** (refer attached booking receipt)
*. Later on, Dee Emm Mahindra executive promised delivery by June, **** (mail from sales representative attached).
*. In the meantime, I was offered another color of model that was not acceptable to me.
*. As June is gone, I visited office on **/**/** at Golf course road and was told that there is no surety of delivery of my vehicle in near future. This will go up to April ****.

After *.* months I am back to square one. Dee Emm Mahindra has cheated me with false promises. I want my booked vehicle delivered to me immediately.
