I have ordered Rakhi gift for delivery to France from India thru Rakhiworldwide.com via online. Due to wrong filling of address by service provider, consignment get delayed after one month and lot of follow up/verbal argument took place to arrange delivery. Sad part is that they never accepted their mistake and put all blame over me and on covid restrictions.
Once consignment delivered, recipient has shared that service provider has mentioned wrong address.
therefore I appeal to refund the money. otherwise I may go for consumer court.
