This complaint is for non-completion of household work as per the interior design service agreement. Despite repeated requests and reminders, the
work remains incomplete, causing significant inconvenience and financial loss to us.

Company was engaged Mr Rahul Kumawat as an interior designer/Architect for household interior work at the premises mentioned under an interior design service agreement dated **.**.****

As per the terms and conditions of the said contract, he under took to complete the entire scope of interior work within the stipulated period of * months duration in
exchange for the agreed consideration of Rs. *,**,***

Details of non-completion:
*) The Contract was signed on **.**.**** for the completion of interior work in our house
*) The scope of work included (as per the interior Design Service Agreement attached )
*) The Completion date was **.**.****, which has been exceeded.
*) Loss of existing household stuff due to ongoing work (Approx. Value of loss of existing goods approx. Rs ******)
