Its been over ** days since when i requested dealer to return my booking amount since i did'nt like the vehicle after test drive. while paying booking amount i was told it is ***% refundable no question ask. now dealer is making excuse after excuse to delay things some of them are " cheque is not prepared" "cheque is prepared but sigining authority not available" recent one is "we have courier the cheque". i have involve jeep compass central service team also and they have open an escalation case "*-**********." but still this dealer is being rude and completely ignoring customer
