Type & Model - Window AC *.* Ton , Date of Purchase - **/**/**** , Under Warranty - Yes , Amount Paid - ***** , Serial No - BILDG**A***** , Grievance Number / Reference Number (if any) - ************** , Problem The consumer had bought the window AC of havells company from Amazon , which is under one year comprehsive warranty, the consumer had complained to the company on **/**/**** because of the cooling issue , But no repair service is being provided by the company and the company is also not providing replacement. technicial visit on **/**/**** & ensured to replace part within *-* days.
Still i am chasing to the company for update. they are not resposding on Phone/Email.
