Rakhi courier sent from Chennai to Bangalore vide docket no. *********** dated */*/**. As per delivery status courier delivered on */*/**. Actually courier delivered on */*/**. Pl. note cover was open. I think delivery boy open the cover. My question is why wrong status of delivery shown in your record and why cover open ?
