Ajor Infratech - delay and not given possession

I made an agreement with Ajor Infratech in Aug **** and pay full registration amount and pay **% on registry rest amount * lac paid by my bank. My villa construction starts from Oct **** and possession date was * months from the registry but still, I did not get possession almost * months has been gone. Mr Bharat Maurya is the very unprofessional and very cheap person he told I will not give possession any cost and blocked my contact no.
I make payment **% of the total cost of my villa to Ajor Infratech. I became a victim of deceit and fraud scam which running by Bharat Maurya.
