Swigg - Delay and cancellation

Today morning I was ordering using my swiggy app and it's very sad to say that my first order was cancelled by them after ** mins since the restaurant can't take that order and the money was refunded . Again I ordered from some other restaurant and the result is the same . As per there rule if we need to cancel the order certain amount of fee is taken for delayed cancellation.
But even this is that delivery apps fault they are not giving any compensation for me
