Dear Sir/Mam,
I applied for my Degree online on dated **/Feb/**** and paid INR *** as application fee, but still I am awaited for my Degree and also I have not received a single mail regarding my application status from university.
I tried to call many times on General Enquiry : *****-****** but no body is responding.
So please help us to get my Degree on urgent basis.

Enrollment No. : KU********
Transaction ID : ********** (payment made on **-Feb-**** against online application fee for degree)
