Prof Govind.s.dhage At Shreyas Institute Of Engineering And Technology - Degree certificates not returned and November onward salary till now not credited

Prof Govind .S.Dhage (hod mechanical at Shreyas institute of engineering and technology, Satara parisar, Aurangabad) has withheld my degree certificates and stopped my salary payment since November ****. During Dec **** end, he has forcefully got in WhatsApp asks for my wife's aadhar photo and father in-law's aadhar number and he said without which I won't get the salary. He had been continuously harassing and shouting at me to leave the department and not to enter the department. He had also been pointing forefingers while shouting at me. I continued till January **** end and had to leave the department premises because of harassment.
My only request is to return my certificates and give my hard earned salary till Jan **** end.
