I, B.L.N. Prasanth Kumar, resident of Chirala do hereby state that, I joined New Vencouver Foundation study centre, Delhi, course BSC (ZBC) in Sri Krishna Devaraya university, Andhra Pradesh, Batch:**** – ****, with Registered No: SKU/******. Already I paid Total fees to New Vencouver Foundation through ICICI Bank, Account No: ************, Uttam Nager branch online.
After paying the Total fee, even today I have not received certificates; I received only Marks Memos scan copies through WhatsApp. I lost two private jobs.
So, I request to direct the opposite party to issue * years Marks memo, Provisional certificate & Migration certificate BSC (ZBC) hardcopies, to me and also to direct the opposite party to pay Rs: ******/- towards Compansassion for mental and Rs: ****/- towards cost of the litigation.
