Pooja Bhagavat Memorial Mahajana Post Graduate Centre - Degree certificate still not given

I finished my masters in biotechnology in the year **** and yet my degree certificate has not been given.. i need it as soon as possible otherwise my admission to other universities might get cancelled . I have been contacting them but they are very rude and are not cooperating.. I'm from Bangalore on notice period , they want me to come to the university and contact them every day reminding about this .. how is this possible? I really need this degree certificate.
