I paid for Daily car wash services to your company of Rs. **** through UPI Payment Transaction number ************ to GOETC Private Limited UPI id goetcprivatelimited.cf@axisbank.com on **th Aug **** **:** am IST

After the payment, the payment is not reflected in your app, when i raised the complaint on **-Aug-**** **:** am IST to your email id : support@goetc.in, there is no useful action on it, then i did a follow up on **-Aug-****, *:** PM IST . This is a violation of Consumer protection Act **** Section Section *(**) there is deficiency of services and you are bound to compensate any damages that were caused due to deficiency and denial of services.

I seek a Full refund of payment under Consumer Protection Act , **** Section * (**)(VIII). If there is no responsible action taken in next * days, Please be informed that GOTEC Private Limited and its directors will be fully responsible for the refund, Compensation and reimbursement of legal expenses for this service deficiency and non responsiveness after taking the payment
