I enrolled with Y-Axis for UK job assistance services for myself and my sister. At the time of enrollment, their representatives assured us that they would provide end-to-end support in securing employment opportunities in the United Kingdom. Based on these commitments and assurances, we paid a substantial amount of Rs. ****** towards their services.
However, after receiving the payment:
No concrete job interviews or employment opportunities were arranged.
No meaningful progress has been communicated regarding job placement.
Repeated follow-ups through calls, emails, and messages have not received any proper response.
The concerned team members are either unresponsive or keep giving vague assurances without any action.
The services promised at the time of payment have not been delivered. The company has failed to provide the committed service and has not maintained proper communication, which amounts to deficiency of service and unfair trade practice.
Resolution Sought:
I request:
Immediate full refund of the amount Rs. ****** paid to Y-Axis.
A written explanation regarding the services provided against the amount charged.
Closure of my case after refund confirmation.
If the refund is not processed immediately, I will be compelled to escalate this matter to appropriate legal authorities, consumer court, and other regulatory forums.
