Novaturient Visas Bangalore - Deficiency of Service Payment not refund

Amar, the owner of the above mentioned consultancy has not fulfilled his services of arranging for job interviews and professional resume editing for Canadian job market even after taking Rs *****.

Summary of my case
*. I had completed my WES and IELTS before signing up with Novaturient in September ****. We had agreed for Canada PR process along with job interviews and resume editing for only Rs ***** and nothing extra
*. The agreement was only sent in late December **** with an inflated amount totalling Rs ***** which was never agreed upon
*. When I sent them mail in January **** asking for the details of job interviews, updated resume and agreement amount - No response was ever provided
*. Even after repeated messages, mails and calls (which were never picked) no response was provided.
*. In May ****, I informed Amar of discontinuing my Canada plan and he promised to refund the balance after his fees. Till now he has not made any efforts to refund
*. I had to withstand his completely unprofessional experience until August after which I served him with a legal notice. He has seen the notice but not yet replied as my allegations are true
*. On his part, he has not arranged any job interview or helped with resume editing which was promised while taking money and signing up
*. Even though he agrees for a refund, but still no refund is made
