No Broker Home store No Broker janitial cybs - Deficiency in services offered

Dear all, I have engaged No Broker as packers and movers for my house shifting with premium category where all furniture would be packed with bubble wraps was the committed given.
However, the communication was not passed to the channel partner who carried out the job.in economy categoryThis was confirmed by channel partner as well.

The No Broker was involved in unethical practice of not providing the mutual agreed business or contract and thereby looting my money and would FRAUDULENTLY taking money for the services not provided as agreed.

I would like to escalate this to the CEO of the Company and wanted to understand from him about the way in which he does the business for booking profit and to get me refund and how to arrest and refrain from such incorrect practices and giving wrong confirmations.

Officials involved ; RUMANA from Sales; SRINIVAS from logistical assignment and his Boss ABHISHEK
