The customer had purchased a BOAT AIRDOPES *** ANC on ** Apr ****. with one year warranty . after sometimes device was having connectivity issues for which customer raised a warranty claim under ticket no ********. company replaced the product but replaced one too came with battery issues.customer again raised a warranty claim and again device was replaced under ticket no. ******** and this replacement process was carried out by company again and again under ticket no. ******** and ******** upto * times. after the pickup of *th time warranty claim under ticket no. ********,device was dispatched by the company but it was misroute during shipment and could not be delivered to customer.the product RETURNED TO ORIGIN.now company is saying that they have received a wrong product in their warehouse,so company will not give neither product or refund to customer.
Expectation : the customer want full refund and compensation for mental agony.
