Kartikeya Yadav filed complaint against Garena Free Fire on May 29, 2026
I am Kartikeya Yadav, original owner of Free Fire MAX Account UID: *********.
My account was hacked in late October ****. The hacker changed the login platform using recovery email. I reported the matter immediately to Garena Support.
Garena Support (Perry & Shepherd) themselves admitted in writing:
“The login platform for the mentioned game account was swapped with another login platform using the recovery email.”
My Original Recovery Email: *freefiregaming*.*@gmail.com
Despite continuous follow-up for more than * months and providing strong proof of ownership (original Facebook linkage + transaction history), Garena is refusing to restore my account. This is a clear case of deficiency in service and negligence.
I have suffered mental harassment and financial loss due to loss of my account and in-game purchases.
Request: Direct Garena to restore my account or compensate for the loss.
All evidence including Garena’s admission emails are attached.
