Tennisoutlet in - Deficiency in Service and Unfair Trade Practices

Complainant placed an order for ** Tennis Strings of Solinco Revolution ** (**m) and ** Tennis Strings of Solinco Confidential ** (**m) with the Tennisoutlet.in (Opposite Party - OP) on Feb **, ****, under an offer from the OP.
The cost of the Tennis Strings were Rs.**** for Solinco Revolution ** (**m) per String and Rs.**** for Solinco Confidential ** (**m) per Strings and there was a huge discounted price of Rs.* for each of these strings, resulting in the complainant getting all of these ** Strings for FREE.
The complainant received a Confirmation Email within few minutes from the OP stating that the Order is Confirmed.
The complainant wanted to play a Tennis Tournament with a Competition-type good strings, but due to the delay in Delivery he had to play with a Practice-type basic strings in that Tournament, which resulted in a Big Loss in *st Round.
The OP has made a 'Fast Delivery' Promise on their website, which states that all products are dispatched from their warehouse within * working hours, and delivery is expected in *-* business days in major cities. Finding no trace of whereabouts of the Delivery since a week, the Complainant logged into the OP website to track his Delivery Status, and found that the Order has been Automatically Cancelled by the Seller.
Feeling disappointed, the complainant emailed the representative of the OP, they replied back after * days saying that due to a technical problem the order was placed with zero amount and the system has identified that as a null order and hence they cancelled it. Due to which, those Strings could not be delivered at that price.
The complainant alleged deficiency in service and unfair trade practices on the part of the OP and prays that the OP be directed to provide the Tennis Strings at the agreed-upon price. It is the responsibility of the OP to ensure that the price was correctly displayed on their website. Failure to do so constitutes a Deficiency in Service on the part of the OP. Also the OP is accused of promoting deceptive offers to lure customers, canceling orders without obtaining customer consent, and causing him mental distress.
